This session is for those moments. I offer a grounded, private 1:1 Compass Session rooted in Aloha Lōkahi — the Hawaiian roadmap of restoring balance within yourself and reconnecting to your true identity so clarity can return. This is not therapy or coaching, and this is me not trying to fix you. It is a calm, guided Talk Story space to: - Settle the nervous system - Come back into your body and breath - Reconnect with your Mana Iho — your inner authority and inner knowing - Identify the next right step — not all the steps You do not need to explain everything. You do not need to be “ready.” You only need to arrive as you are.
