A private space to stabilize, breathe, and find your next right step There are moments when everything feels too much. A decision must be made. A door has closed — or one is about to open — and you don’t know which way to turn. This session is for those moments. I offer a grounded, private 1:1 Guidance Session rooted in Aloha Lokahi — the Hawaiian understanding of restoring balance within yourself so clarity can return. This is not therapy or coaching. It is a calm, guided space to: -settle the nervous system -come back into your body and breath -reconnect with your inner knowing -identify the next right step — not all the steps You do not need to explain everything. You do not need to be “ready.” You only need to arrive as you are. What This Session Offers -A safe, confidential 1:1 space -Gentle guidance through emotional or spiritual overwhelm -Support during endings, crises, or major decisions -Restoring inner alignment and personal sovereignty -Clear reflection grounded in Aloha, not fixing or analysis Sessions are 75 minutes and held via Zoom.
