This is a private journey for a woman in midlife or beyond who is ready to come home to herself. Perhaps the old roles, relationships, or ways of living no longer fit. You may feel that something new is calling—but you are not yet clear how to move forward. The Heart of Aloha Path is a sacred, guided journey of remembrance, self-love, right relationship, and true voice. It is grounded in the ancient Hawaiian sacred teachings of Living Aloha and created to support you as you move through this threshold into your next chapter as a wise woman. Over 12 weeks, Kumu Kaleo meets with you in private 1:1 talk story. The journey is shaped around what is alive in your life right now while following the living pathway of the Heart of Aloha. Month One: Coming Home to Self-Love Through Aloha Lōkahi—love and unity within—you begin to remember and accept the inner brilliance and inherent greatness that are already yours. You learn to move beyond self-doubt and begin to love and trust your own inner guidance. Month Two: Living the Path Through Hoʻopono Pono Ke Ala—making the right path more right—you explore how to live from this foundation of self-love in your daily choices and relationships. You are supported in bringing greater self-acceptance, truth, and love into your relationship with yourself, with others, and with the life you are creating. Month Three: Bringing Your Voice Forward Through Kānāwai Moakaʻaka, the Smiling Law of Manifestation and Voice Medicine, you learn to listen more deeply to your inner guidance and express your true voice into the world. You begin to recognize how you want to move forward in this Wise Woman season—through your relationships, creative expression, contribution, purpose, community, and the life you now choose. What You Receive Twelve private 75-minute Heart of Aloha sessions with Kumu Kaleo, held online through Zoom. A sacred, personalized journey shaped around your own life, questions, and threshold. The Heart of Aloha teachings and practices of Aloha Lōkahi, Hoʻopono Pono Ke Ala, Kānāwai Moakaʻaka, and Voice Medicine. Support in loving and trusting your own inner guidance. Simple practices and tools to carry forward after the 12 weeks are complete.
