Aloha Sacred Gatherings are monthly circles where women come together in sacred space to remember who they truly are.

Rooted in the ancient Hawaiian teachings of Aloha Lokahi (Love, Unity, Harmony), each gathering weaves together:

✨ Experiential practice (breath, sound, visualization)
✨ Sacred sharing circle where every woman's voice is honored
✨ Closing blessing and integration

Kaleo Wheeler has studied with Hawaiian elders for over 35 years. She is a Voice Medicine Practitioner, shamanic teacher, and initiated priestess. She holds these circles with the depth and reverence they deserve.

 

3. Voice Medicine & Sound
Each gathering includes chant and sound—the healing frequency of voice. This isn't just talking. This is medicine that moves through your body and shifts your energy.

 

4. Practical Integration
You don't just "feel good" during the circle and then go back to chaos. Each gathering includes a simple Aloha Practice you can use at home to maintain your center.
